The Salford Central regeneration scheme is breathing new life back into the Chapel Street and New Bailey areas of the city. It has already delivered a new hotel, multi-storey car park, a 125,000 sq. ft. office building - One New Bailey which is due to be completed in May 2016. And, the infamous apartments and town houses of Vimto Gardens, which sold out entirely off plan after it was launched inJuly 2014.
The latest phase of the scheme has just been announced. Timekeepers Square - which is nestled in the leafy, conservation area between Salford Cathedral and St Philips Church, and it will offer 36, two, three and four bedrooms townhouses with gardens and parking. Construction is now underway and homes will be available to buy in 2016.
